my blood sugar goes up when i’m hungry… but i’m having really bad psychosis attacks about food lately. if i smell or see certain things right now i will want to puke. for the record i don’t have an eating disorder, it’s a psychological thing i just can’t turn off that happens some times.
i will try to eat a fruit or vegetable though, i think we have apples, but...
